SASA President, Academician Nikola Hajdin, has been elected a member of the European Academy of Sciences

At the proposal of a group of members of the European Academy of Sciences, situated in Liège, Belgium, Nikola Hadin has been elected its member.
The European Academy of Sciences is an independent organization whose members are the most distinguished scholars and engineers engaged in basic researches and development of technologies, united by a commitment to promote science and technology, and the role that the science plays in social and economic development.
This distinguished institution confers the following awards: Leonardo da Vinci Award for outstanding lifelong achievement, Blaise Pascal Medal for outstanding contribution to science and technology and the promotion of achievements in research and education, and Kepler Award for European Young Scientists.
As the president of the European Academy of Sciences pointed out clearly, academician Hajdin would contribute to the activities of this institution with his knowledge, experience and continuous interest and dedication to the development of science and technology.
