The multimedia exhibition ’Mihailo Petrovic Alas – Compilations and Collections’ provides visitors with an opportunity to experience a major part of previously unknown archival documentation on the life and work of one of the most eminent Serbian mathematicians. Numerous documents, personal correspondence and photographs will be exhibited.
Additionally, in what way European scientific thought, i.e. the French mathematic school of the late 19th and early 20th centuries influenced the development and scientific work of Mihailo Petrovic Alas will be featured, as well as his rich scientific opus in mathematical sciences.
