22nd International Symposium on Power Electronics

The 22nd International Symposium on Power Electronics – EA 2023 opens at the SASA Grand Hall, on Thursday, 26 October, at 10 a.m. It is a unique scientific gathering in the region and Europe, and this year, it marks a rare anniversary, 50 years of its first counselling held at the SASA Palace, in Belgrade, in 1973. It is organized by the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts, The Nikola Tesla Institute of Electrical Engineering, the Faculty of Technical Sciences of the University of Novi Sad and the Power Electronics Society from Novi Sad.

The Symposium aims to provide a forum for presentations and discussion on the current state of science and technology in the field of power electronics and other related sciences. Top-notch original papers, which represent an overview of theoretical or experimental research results, will be presented at the Symposiums, as well as the results of developed methods applications, solutions and devices in engineering practice and practical experiences in exploitation and work. The Symposium is an opportunity to showcase the results of scientific projects funded by The Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation, the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia, and the Provincial Secretariat for Higher Education and Scientific Research of Vojvodina.

The programme encompasses seven thematic sessions: Power Converters and Devices; Automotive and Industrial Electrical Drives; Electrical Machines; Advanced Control Systems and Measurement, Smart Power Electronics, Smart Grids, Energy Storage, Power Quality and Renewable & Distributed Energy Sources.

The Symposium will bring together around 200 professors, scholars, researchers and experts in this multidisciplinary field from abroad and our country. Young researchers and students are anticipated to take a major interest in this event.
