THE FOUNDATION OF NIKOLA KONJEVIĆ AND RUŽICA GREGORIĆ KONJEVIĆ

This Foundation was established to help young talented, low-income students of physics. The goal of the Foundation is also to support the work of departments and units of the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts in accordance with the Law on SASA.

The school year of 2019/2020

  • Igor Božilović (the University of Belgrade – the Faculty of Physics) – one-time prize
  • Jovan Dimitrijević (the University of Belgrade – the Faculty of Physics) – scholarship

The school year of 2020/2021

  • Slađan Jelić (the University of Novi Sad – the Faculty of Sciences, Department of Physics ) – a scholarship
  • Nebojša Kurjega (the University of Novi Sad – the Faculty of Sciences, Department of Physics ) – a scholarship
  • Darko Savić (the University of Belgrade – the Faculty of Physics) – a scholarship

All recipients of scholarships achieved excellent results during the scholarship period, and three scholarship recipients achieved an average grade of 10.00.

The Foundation would like to offer its sincere gratitude to the sponsors: the University of Belgrade – the Institute of Physics Belgrade (a national institute of the Republic of Serbia), and the University of Belgrade – the Faculty of Physics. Without their generous help, the Foundation would not be able to present this number of scholarships for this school year.

Thanks to the generous support of the sponsors (the University of Belgrade – the Institute of Physics Belgrade (a national institute of the Republic of Serbia), the University of Belgrade – the Faculty of Physics, the University of Novi Sad, the Faculty of Sciences, the University of Belgrade, the Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences (a national institute of the Republic of Serbia)). The Foundation awarded four scholarships for the 2021/2022 school year. The Managing Board of the Foundation would like to offer its sincere gratitude to all sponsors.

Most recipients of the 2021/2022 scholarships achieved extraordinary or excellent results during the scholarship period. The success criteria are the average grade of the passed exams, and the percentage achieved relative to the planned ESPB – an achievement percentage. One scholarship recipient had an average grade of 9.90 and an achievement percentage of 100%, the other scholarship recipient had an average grade of 9.80 and an achievement percentage of 100%, the next one had an average grade of 9.11 and an achievement percentage of 88.33%, and the last one had an average grade of 9.75 and an achievement percentage 40.00%.
