The exhibition features historical elements and some fundamental paradigms in the field of information security and blockchain technology, as well as a presentation of some contemporary elements in these fields, including the achievements of the Mathematical Institute of SASA.
The first part of the exhibition is dedicated to the history and development of the cyber area, where visitors will have the opportunity to see its results, including the Enigma cypher device, Bombe device and Z3 computer, as well as the evolutionary road from the first electric and electronic devices to modern supercomputers. The second part of the exhibition details the term cryptology, its applications and the field of cyber security. The third part showcases the basic presentation of blockchain technology and its applications. The exhibition underlines and explains the applications of blockchain technology in power systems, electronic trade, digital arts, and the phenomenon of bitcoin and NFT – indispensable tokens of digital art.
