World Conference оn Basic Sciences аnd Sustainable Development (WCBSSD 2022)

The World Conference оn Basic Sciences аnd Sustainable Development (WCBSSD 2022) opens at the SASA Grand Hall, on Tuesday, 20 September, at 9 a.m.

The year 2022 was proclaimed the International Year of Basic Sciences for sustainable development, and the above-mentioned conference represents an opportunity for over 60 scholars, from across the world, to present the significance of basic sciences for sustainable development, advanced fundamental research in mathematics, physics, chemistry and biology and the relations between basic and other sciences. Furthermore, innovations, engineering, energy technologies, effects on climate and environmental protection will be discussed, as well as the ways basic sciences contribute to medicine, health, education and water and food security.

During four days of the World Conference on Basic Sciences and Sustainable Development (19 – 22 September), there will be 19 sessions with 68 lectures, while the posters will be presented by nine young female scientists from Serbia, who received For Women in Science award.
